Catching Up with Jorrin John
Muang Thong’s former Leicester City Academy player, currently on loan to Suphanburi FC met up with the TLF team at our studios for a photo shoot and a chat about his developing career in the Kingdom.
Jorrin is really happy with life in Thailand and hopes to stay for many years to come. Whilst he is still under contract with Muang Thong, he is loving the chance to develop in Suphan with top players like former Muang Thong favorite Ali, Chonburi hit man Ney Fabiano and Former BG favorite Sutee Suksomkit.
Not only is Jorrin excited by the possibility of TPL football next year, but we hear from Football Director and former Thai Port coach Adebayo Gbadebo, that the club have in place some stunning new developments for next season, including the unveiling of a new training complex and the next stage of creating a brand new stadium that is AFC ready.
Jorrin has had to adapt his game to suit the different style of Thai football, coming from a much more physical approach in England, but the excellent technique and fast passing style of many of the Thai teams is something that he is very happy to be a part of.
Good luck for the rest of the season Jorrin and I hope we get chance to see your skills in the TPL next year. – Matt Riley
